Analysis for the PUESTA EN CONFORMIDAD of the Work Teams to the R.D.1215
RD 1215/97, defines the obligatory rules and conditions that any equipment, such as machines, apparatus, instrument or installation used for any job must complete.

Hygienic means
The presence of chemical, physical or biological polluting agents in the different zones of the work, must be well-known to be able to determine the existing risks for the workers. Our technicians make the studies to determine the levels of:

Ergonomic and Psycho-social Studies
The Ergonomics is the analysis of the adjustment to the surroundings, means and work systems to the person. If you want, we can make the previous design of a job, starting off of the anthropometric measures of the worker. Also, we can make studies of repetitive movements, Corrective Reports to each, etc.

As Psycho-social referees, we can make different kinds of study.

1. To value the situations of stress or personal dissatisfaction that can have certain workers.
2. To value the mental stress of a job.
3. To value the state of the group of workers.

Health Care
The company obligation periodic care of their state of health based on the inherent risks to the work, and always with the worker´s permission obligatory assumptions established by Law.
The health care control will consist on:

1. Elaboration of a Medical History
2. Periodic Examinations according to specific Protocols for the risks detected
3. Inititial health test previous to the incorporation to the work or after a change of job according to specific Protocols
4. Specific After a long period of ILT reincorporation to work.

Es función del Servicio de Prevención, el elaborar las fichas de riesgo de cada puesto de trabajo. Nuestro equipo medico, en función de las mismas, dictaminará qué protocolo específico corresponde.

Is function of the Prevention Service, elaborating the cards of risk of each job. Our medic equipment, based on the same ones, will consider what specific protocol corresponds. A Certificate of Aptitude will be extended a report of the results for the worker.
