The Law of Labor Risks Prevention, fruit of the transposition to the Spanish right of the European Director 89/391/CEE, is the base of the regulative frame regarding Labor Risks Prevention, but it have been developed and supported by many other norms.

• REAL DECRETO 486/1997, 14 of April, that establishes the minimum requirements of security and health in the work place.
